This is a full-time remote role (work from home!) for candidates based in the Philippines.
💪 What you’ll be doing
As a Finance Operations Associate, you will support our finance operations team in a variety of essential tasks:
- Assisting with the internal ledger system: Helping track and update customer account records and transactions.
- Day-to-day operations: Reviewing reports, resolving minor ledger-related inquiries, and assisting with transaction reconciliations.
- Float management: Helping ensure funds are properly distributed across banks to meet company needs.
- Supporting inter-bank transactions: Assisting in processing and managing inter-bank transfers smoothly.
- Improving processes: Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for automation and better workflow management.
- Creating reports: Contributing to the generation of regular financial reports, reconciliations, and other analyses.
- Supporting strategic analyses: Assisting with scenario simulations for pricing, partnerships, and new initiatives.
✅ Our ideal candidate has
- 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or related fields.
- Familiarity with financial systems, ledger management, and transaction reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail: Able to spot discrepancies and assist in maintaining financial accuracy.
- Proficiency with financial tools like spreadsheets and reporting software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new financial automation tools and systems.
- Team-oriented: Enjoys collaborating with different departments to improve operations.
