At NextPay, we believe better financial tools help businesses grow. We’re a fast-moving fintech startup shaping the future of business banking in the Philippines, and we’re looking for a Executive Assistant to join our team to be the operational backbone for our Founders and key leaders.

This is not a typical entry-level role; you are a builder, a problem-solver, and a key contributor to our product lifecycle. If you thrive on writing clean code, squashing bugs, learning modern tech stacks, and shipping features that actually matter, this role is your launchpad.

This is a full-time, remote role (yes, work from home!) for candidates based in the Philippines, so a stable internet connection and a decent work setup are key. However, occasional in-person gatherings or meetings may happen.

💪 What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop new product features and enhancements.
• Design scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate ideas and explore new technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality, reliable, and bug-free product releases.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in existing products and processes to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders in marketing, sales, and customer support to gather feedback and requirements for product improvements.
• Provide technical support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as design documents, user guides, and release notes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in product development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
