You can now easily transfer funds from your main branch to other branches linked to your NextPay account!

This gives you the flexibility to freely manage your different branches’ transactions at any time of day, as you no longer need to course these requests through your Delight Manager.

<aside> 📓 How to transfer funds

1. As an OWNER or ADMINISTRATOR of the branch where the funds will come from, look for “Manage Balances” in the navigation bar.

1. Click on “New transfer”.

1. Select the destination branch, enter the transfer amount and a description, and click “Transfer balance”.

The transfer should then be reflected immediately.

FAQ 1: Which users are allowed to transfer funds to other branches?

For account security purposes, only users who are either an OWNER or ADMINISTRATOR of the branch from where the funds will come from can transfer funds to other branches.

FAQ 2: Why can’t I select a different source branch (in the ”From” field)?

Given that each branch may have a different set of users with corresponding roles/permissions, we require users to log in to the branch they want to transfer funds from.

This is to ensure that they are either an OWNER or ADMINISTRATOR of that particular branch (and are therefore authorized to enact the fund transfer to other branches).

FAQ 3: Where can I view completed transfers?

You can view them from the “Manage Balances” tab.

If you are logged in to the source branch, transfers will be labelled as FUNDS SENT.

If you are logged in to the destination branch, transfers will be labelled as FUNDS RECEIVED.
